The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.
For all deliveries within India, we offer free delivery. For C-O-D orders if the order cart value is less than Rs.5000 you will be charged an additional Rs.70 for C-O-D convenience charge, all C-O-D orders above Rs. 5000 are not charged separately. Some items may have extra shipping charges depending on the nature of the product; same will be mentioned with the product listing. Please note you can make your purchase from any global location with deliveries In India & internationally.
Who bears the Octroi or special/new duties?
All of http://abiraa.com orders are shipped within India from our warehouse in Adityapur, Jamshedpur, India to your provided shipping address via reputed logistic service provider. Due to the nature of interstate shipping, you may have to pay additional duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your state. The majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional duties or taxes are assessed, customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with logistic service provider to clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice/receipt from logistic service provider for any duties and taxes, you will have to pay logistic service provider directly at the time of delivery.

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
We accept all VISA, MasterCard & Maestro. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value – found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.
All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information. (For International card Note: Your billing amount will be shown in Indian Rupees on the payment gateway. This is equivalent to your order value.)

What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online (By Credit/Debit card and Netbanking). In the C-o-D payment terms or C-o-D service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.
Are there any hidden terms and conditions for a C-o-D purchase?
The maximum order value for a C-o-D payment is Rs. 25,000. It’s strictly a cash-only payment method; No Vouchers, no cheques or Store Credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Please note, we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order.
Placing a Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) Order
- All items that have the “Cash-on-Delivery Available” Icon are valid for order by Cash-on-Delivery. Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select “Pay By Cash-on-Delivery”
- Enter CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
- Once verified and confirmed and be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.
- You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.
- For any C-O-D order above Rs.5000=00 you will get a call from our back office for confirmation , in case of no response we will send email within 24 hours which needs to be confirmed before effecting the shipment or else order will be treated as cancelled with email.
