Abiraa is a young and dynamic start-up company established in 2017. It was founded with the objectives of promoting tribal arts and handicrafts and providing them with innovative ideas for developing products which can be easily accepted by a range of customers thereby increasing the reach and marketability of these products.
Abiraa also aims at sustainable development activities in rural and urban sector, upliftment of socio-economic conditions of Tribal artists and marginalized communities of the society.
Apart from tapping the huge market and demand for innovative and unique tribal and handicraft products, Sustainable livelihood for the rural poor has been one of our main thrust and area of work. Due to the rich cultural heritage and tradition skills the people of Jharkhand and nearby States like Orissa offers, the art and handicrafts sector has great market potential and livelihood options for rural people if promoted keeping the demands of the present time. Abiraa wants to bridge this gap for craft and artisan-based activities. It is looking forward to assisting in the development, marketing and export of arts / crafts / handicrafts, and the promotion of craft forms and skills.
