Return Policy
If you are returning the product, please take a note that some small unevenness in pattern, weaving, color, design etc. signifies these are handcrafted products and therefore are truly unique in nature. We would appreciate if you can consider the above before returning any product.
Inspite of this, if you still want to return, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details regarding this.
Any product shipped by Abiraa can be returned within Seven (7) days from receipt of the item(s), subject to conditions detailed hereafter. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue store credit in your Abiraa E-Store Account within 14 days and the same needs to be used within 30 days of credit.
Conditions for return
- Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, Washed/dry-cleaned, used, resized (by anyone / entity) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
- All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s).
- The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.
- Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for store credit issued, viz:
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging, security tag & label and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code)/ Bar code has been removed from its original packaging.
In order to get a defective returned
- Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call us on +91- 87 89100 178 (On Working days from 10 AM to 6:30 PM India Time , Monday- Saturday, except holidays)
- The defective product needs to be booked for reverse pickup and the preferred logistic partner appointed by Abiraa pick it up for shipping back to us, (details will be available with our customer care)
Refunds
We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products through redeemable store credits which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size or does not match with photo / description as given on https://abiraa.in.
You will receive a redeemable store credit in your Abiraa E-Store Account within 14 days of receipt of return. e-Store credit will be valid for 30 (thirty) days. You can use this store credit to buy any of our products on our web store. The refund store credit will be limited in value to the amount paid by you (any discount availed will not be included in the amount).
Cancellation
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, within 14 days you will get a redeemable store credit with validity of 30 days for your next shopping.
- If your product has shipped no further cancellation requests are entertained.
- For any C-O-D order above Rs.5000=00 you will get a call from our back office for confirmation , in case of no response we will send email within 24 hours which needs to be confirmed before effecting the shipment or else order will be treated as cancelled.
Note:
All items are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Drop an email on info@abiraa.in and Contact Abiraa Customer on +91- 87 89100 178 (On Working days from 10 AM to 6:30 PM India Time, Mon-Saturday, except holidays) and we will have the issue quickly resolved.
